Ring in the New Year!

I decided to add some 'bling' to my site... if this doesn't wake you up, I don't know what would!
Christmas was wonderful, we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The Overmans were fantastic hosts that spoiled us rotten. (Thanks again Lori for a wonderful time!) Fiona had a blast playing with her cousin Lizzie for 48 hours straight and suprisingly no one was hurt and nothing was broken!

Now it's time to start planning for the New Year! Yikes, I can't believe how quickly 2008 has flown by. I barely had time to soak it all in! Moved in with Jeff...got a puppy...became engaged...got a kitten...became a soon to be aunt...twice!...and now looking for a new home! We have been blessed with such great family and friends that have filled our year full with happy memories.

Bring on 2009!

Shop till you drop!

I feel like I need to post something again because my page looks so plain and boring! Today I realized that I only had five more days till Christmas and 6 more people to shop for. Luckily I somehow managed to miss a lot of the crazed shoppers that you always hear about and got it all done in about 2 hours! Thank heavens for Macy's and Target..Now that I've gotten that taken care of I may even venture off into the cooking world and test my skills out with Christmas cookies. What do you think of the ginger bread house....and Jeff even helped!

Hello google blog!!

Hello there!

So while at the Overman's house last week I had a chance to check out everyone's adorable websites! I figured I might as well jump on the bandwagon and start one of my own! So where to start?

Jeff and I are currently on the hunt for our first home. It's been quite the adventure...who would think finding a place to live would be so difficult? Despite all obstacles we are having a blast checking out just about every house for sale in Highlands Ranch!

Our great dane 'puppy' has been having so much fun in the snow! It's hilarious watching her prance around the front yard for about three minutes until her paws go numb and her legs give out.. This shouldn't be funny but it really is hilarious to see!

I can't wait for everyone to meet her! (and to meet me as well!)
