Well today we had our inspection done on the most recent of houses we've put an offer on. Everything seemed to go well, the water heater was brand new which was one of our main concerns so that is good news. Fiona made sure to inspect the grass areas surrounding the entire house.. luckily everything was up to her standards as well! Now we'll just have to wait for the appraiser to swing by sometime next week and give us the okay to get down to business!
Here is my favorite part of this home...the kitchen for all of my non existent cooking skills! It's never too late to pick up a new hobby though, right?
Well thats the latest news on the house hunting journey. I'll keep everyone posted..it is likely to change on day to day basis! But that's okay, it keeps us on our toes. :)
Non-existent cooking skills? Come visit and I'll give you some lessons... but then Jeff might gain 20 pounds, so maybe not. Come visit anyway.
