Cinco De Mayo

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! What better place to spend the holiday than a cheesy Mexican-themed dinner show? Okay, so I can think of several places better (Cancun being one of them) but our choices are limited with two kids under a year and a half!

So this place is not known for their food. In fact, South Park does a hilarious parody of it all. But what do you know, guess who couldn't get enough of it?

While you are eating your dinner there are several cliff diver shows for entertainment. One happens to have a weird gorilla in it, I know makes no sense- there are no gorillas in Mexico. He waved at her in a friendly manner and that was it for her, she was not having him! For the remainder of our dinner she was keeping a very close eye on her surroundings making sure he wasn't anywhere near her.
Luckily the lady selling all the glowing junk came by and we were able to distract her with a shiny wand.
Still looking out for the gorilla...
Jeff took Hanna up to dance with the Mariachi band.
Arriba arriba! Actually, what she was really saying was yehaw! But close enough, right?
Jeff and I had never been in black bart's cave so we thought it'd be something fun to take Johanna in.
I stayed back with Johnathan and soon after they'd left I noticed this sign... oh no! Tuns out it was a haunted cave with scary faces and noises, and you guessed it a giant gorilla that popped out at you! Poor Hanna was terrified and was calling for me the whole time. When you read this when you're older Johanna, Mommy did not know it was a scary cave!
Look who was awake!
Enjoying the puppet show.
This is JJ's favorite thing to do- he likes us to walk him around so he can check things out.
I love my bubbers!
