We bleed Orange and Blue

It's Bronco Nation in Colorado! We're looking forward to a great season with our new quarterback, thee Peyton Manning. Jeff surprised me with awesome club level tickets to their opening game compliments of a co-worker. Since we were all decked out in orange we thought we'd take a stab at some football shots.

I got to pull out my gorilla tripod and remote control. Of course the remote was being finicky so we ended up with a bunch of okay photos all with something that makes me laugh in each shot. My favorite part of this picture is how Jeff is holding JJ. I think he was going for the 'football hold.'

Now for the game. Man I think I've developed a rather expensive passion because the game.was.awesome!! Sure it didn't help that we got to enjoy an awesome catered tailgate beforehand and we had great club level seats. The atmosphere was so thick with excitement for our newest quarterback who proved to be a great asset last night in our 31-19 win against the Steelers.

We got to see Colorado's Olympic champions including Missy Franklin (swimming gold medalist) participate in the coin toss. The Air Force F-16's flew overhead and our mascot the Denver Bronco stormed the field. It was so much fun!! Then, Jeff's friend bought us PEYTON MANNING JERSEYS!!!

 

Thanks Grandma for babysitting the babes for our date night. We had such a great time and I am so thankful for the opportunity to cheer on our boys. I am looking forward to our next game, gooooooo Broncos!
