Today Jeff and I took Johanna to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The last time Jeff and I had been I was 9 weeks pregnant so for me it brought back memories of morning sickness, haha! Johanna's favorite exhibit was Space Odyssey. She loved looking around at all the sparkling stars. It probably brought back memories of her favorite store, St. Nicks. Notice how Johanna and I are matching? The funny thing is I didn't even realize it until I was nursing her several hours after getting her dressed, oops!

Johanna is a major people watcher. She is practically falling off her Daddy to stare at the people in front of us in line for the elevator. I may have to teach her manners when she gets older ;)

My favorite exhibit is Prehistoric Journey where they have a bunch of fossils on display. Here Johanna and I are checking out some dinosaurs in their natural habitat.

She wasn't sure what to think of the giant bore-like thing behind us.

After we left Jeff was making funny dinosaur noises at Johanna and she thought it was the funniest thing ever, it was so cute. She has been talking so much lately I love listening to all the noises that she can come up with! All in all we had a great time at the museum. It will be a lot of fun taking Johanna when she is a little older and knows what is going on.
yeah the giant boar is a little creepy! :) looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteFun day!! That museum looks cool-reminds me of the one in Chicago. We will have to go there next time we visit.
ReplyDeleteAwesome trip! Won't it be fun to take them all when they get a little bigger?! I can't wait! You will find that you dress each other alike a lot. I can't tell you how many times I have gotten Tyler dressed, only to realize when we're out and about that we have matching outfits.
