Ham Galore

This was our second year making lunches for the homeless shelter. With Johanna being a year older she was more aware of what we were doing and wanted to help by decorating the bags.

Good job, peanut!
JJ helped me put together the sandwiches. I think he was just in it for a taste of the ham.
Then Daddy and Johanna put all the goodies inside the bags.
JJ wanted to help too, but again I think he was just in it for a taste of the ham...
After the bags were full Johanna helped Daddy check the bags over then carried them over to a laundry basket.
It was nice to take a break from decorating the tree and take time to help others in need. I love little reminders and teaching moments for our kids that life isn't about getting, but giving. Thanks Grandma for the chips and rice crispy treats, I know they won't go untouched!
